Privacy Policy

CreateTO’s privacy policy sets out the information gathering practices for this web site. We respect our visitors’ right to both their privacy and security of their data and we collect and use information throughout our web site only as set out below.

For the purposes of this Policy

“Visitor” means an individual who has requested information from CreateTO by accessing its website at www.createto.com and is also referred to as “you”;

“CreateTO” is also referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”;

“Personal Information” means any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be inferred or determined from such information.

Personal Information

CreateTO does not collect any information and/or store it in an online environment, other than the information you submit to receive printed materials from us or to sign up for our e-mail newsletter.

Logging Practices

CreateTO logs HTTP requests to the CreateTO’s server. These logs record the IP address of site visitors. An IP address is the number automatically assigned to the computer or to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) requesting a URL.

Our logging is passive and we do not use technologies such as “cookies” or “Web bugs” to maintain any information on site visitors. Logged information, also known as clickstream data, is recorded in non-identifiable form and is used by CreateTO staff or those under contract for Web site system administration. Log files are archived and used for systems analysis, maintenance and site evaluation.

 We will review, and may revise our privacy practices and this Policy.
